Subby Tracker does not yet have a self-service "delete my account" button in the app — that's a planned future improvement. Right now, deletion is carried out through our own account system after you request it.
Discord is only the contact channel for reaching us — Discord itself does not process deletion and does not have access to your Subby Tracker account or data. To request deletion, message us on Discord and let us know the email your account uses; we'll then process the deletion through Subby Tracker's own admin system.
Contact us on Discord to request deletionWe don't currently commit to a fixed turnaround time for processing a request. Once processed, deletion itself is immediate and permanent.
When an account is deleted, we permanently remove: your profile (email, username, display name, password), everything you entered into the app (roster, tributes, goals, tags, notes, activity), and any relationship links tied to your account.
If you were connected to another account (a Domme or sub), that other account and its own data are never affected — only the connection between you is removed.
This is permanent and can't be undone once processed.
If you want to keep a copy of your data before deletion, use "Back up my data" in the More tab first.
