When you create a Subby Tracker account, we store: your email address, an optional username, your chosen display name (Domme title or your own name), and your password (as a salted hash — we never store or can see your actual password).
Everything you enter into the app — roster entries, tribute records, goals, tags, notes, and activity — is stored under your account so it's there when you log back in, on any device.
Only you can see your private data — your roster, private notes, and personal activity — when logged into your account. Nobody else, including us, browses it as a matter of course.
If you connect with a sub or Domme through a link code, only the specific information you each choose to share (goals you've tagged them in, a self-labeled role, and — if tribute tracking is on for that dynamic — tier and totals) becomes visible to that one connected account. Private notes and tags are never shared.
There is no public directory of users, emails, or usernames anywhere in the app.
Your data is stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Subby Tracker does not currently sell data, and does not currently use any third-party advertising or tracking services.
There is currently no automated retention schedule. Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deactivating an account does not delete or expire its data — deactivation only blocks login. Data is removed only when an account is deleted; see our Data Deletion page for how that currently works.
You can export a backup of your own data at any time from the More tab.
